At this time, Horizon Hills Water System accepts online payments for 2022 and 2023. Billing for 2024 will be sent by Summer 2024.  If you prefer to mail a check, the post office box address is below. 

Online payments are secure and CPI Compliant.  We do not store your credit card information or other personal information.

• 2023 Water   |   $660.00   |   Due by June 3, 2024
• 2022 & 2023 Water (combined)   |   $1,320.00   |   Due by June 3, 2024
• 2024 Water   |   Not Available until Summer 2024
• 2024 Transfer of Ownership – Administrative   |   $550.00   |   Due upon sale/transfer
• 2024 Purchase of Water Connection   |   $16,500.00   |   Due upon Purchase

***2024 Water will be billed by Summer 2024 –  any 2024 prepaid amounts submitted will not be accepted as full payment at this time.
